In this episode, Sarah Kelley, Chief Executive Officer of Set Free, talks about their inspiring work rescuing children from slavery, providing fresh water and medical aid, and planting churches.

A Greenville, South Carolina native and a lover of all things of the outdoors, Sarah Kelley is a nonprofit executive with a proven track record and passion for world-altering initiatives. She also enjoys travel, having made her way to seven countries and into three oceans, and finds comfort capturing those moments behind the lens of a camera. In addition to serving as the CEO of Set Free, she is wife to Robbie, a firefighter, and mom to Sawyer and Emerson, as well as pups Zoey and Koda who—despite both being over 70 pounds each—believe they should be lap dogs.

Set Free is a South Carolina-based nonprofit organization focused on changing the lives of those most in need in India and Africa through providing fresh water, medical care, solutions to child slavery, and much more. Recognized in 2021 as a Finalist in Fast Company’s World Changing Ideas Awards for their Child Slavery Prevention Program, Set Free began almost 20 years ago with a focus on drilling wells in Liberia, Africa. Since that time, the organization has grown through an extensive network of indigenous partners to provide clean water to more than 2 million people on two continents, rescue more than 45,000 children from slavery, baptize millions, and plant hundreds of churches.
